What does the schedule of a typical work week look like?You will be assigned two appointments/ leads per day Monday through Saturday. The only time you are required to be at the office is Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am. The time in between the two appointments is yours. Everyday can be different. You will have appointments most week nights at 6pm. Saturdays we only offer earlier time slots and Sundays are off.

What does the average product specialist earn in commissions?The average product specialist earns 100k plus in their first 12 months. As you gain experience and knowledge of additional product offerings your earnings will increase. We do not offer a base BUT the appointments are preset - qualified - confirmed and many are previous customers and referrals.

What kind of training do you offer and is it paid?Our initial training is 3 weeks. You will be paid $500 per week. Through both classroom and field work you will learn the complete AWS sales process. At the successful completion of training, you will begin running leads and making sales right away. Our training focuses on professional and personal growth throughout your entire career here at AWS.

What is the territory? How much driving is involved?We cover the state of CT and some of Western MA. The appointments range in areas and some days involve more driving then others. We do our best to be strategic based with geography but cannot guarantee specific areas or time blocks due to appointments varying by the customers who call in.
