The ISR serves as the bridge connecting the Outside Sales team with customers. They are tasked with cultivating and creating a high-caliber sales pipeline to support the outside sales team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Follow Up on Leads, which consist of both Warm Leads and Outbound Cold Calls, Generated by the Marketing Department

Generate Qualified Leads for the Sales Team by Pre-Qualifying Potential Customers

Establishing Rapport Quickly & Confidently through Phone, Text, and Email Outreach

Listening and Understanding the Customer’s Needs by Providing a Friendly, Positive Experience for Our Customers

Inputting and Maintaining Customer Data in CRM, managing Sales Team schedules, & Confirming Appointments
